5-18-1: SHORT TITLE:¶
This chapter may be cited as the TAFT REFERENCED STANDARDS CODE. (Ord. 826-17, 6-20-2017)
5-18-2: APPLICATION OF CODE:¶
The Taft Referenced Standards Code shall apply to public schools and State owned or leased buildings. (Ord. 826-17, 6-20-2017)
5-18-3: ADOPTION OF CODE:¶
That code known as the 2025 California Referenced Standards Code of the California Code of Regulations Title 24, Part 12, as published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted and made part of this Chapter by reference with the same force and effect as if fully set forth herein.
