5-17-1: SHORT TITLE:¶
This chapter may be cited as the TAFT GREEN BUILDING CODE. (Ord. 826-17, 6-20-2017)
5-17-2: APPLICATION OF CODE:¶
The Taft Green Building Standards Code shall apply to all newly constructed buildings and structures within the City. (Ord. 826-17, 6-20-2017)
5-17-3: ADOPTION OF CODE:¶
These regulations known as the "California Green Building Standards Code," 2025 Edition, California Code of Regulations, Title 24, Part 11, as published by the International Code Council, not including Appendix Chapters A4, A5 and A6.1, is hereby adopted and made part of this Chapter by reference with the same force and effect as if fully set forth herein.
