5-15-1: SHORT TITLE:¶
This chapter may be cited as the TAFT HISTORICAL BUILDING CODE. (Ord. 826-17, 6-20-2017; amd. Ord. 834-20, 1-20-2020)
5-15-2: APPLICATION OF CODE:¶
The Taft Historical Building Code shall apply to all issues regarding Code compliance for qualified historical buildings within the City. (Ord. 826-17, 6-20-2017; amd. Ord. 834-20, 1-20-2020)
5-15-3: ADOPTION OF CODE:¶
These regulations known as the "California Historical Building Code," 2025 Edition, California Code of Regulations, Title 24, Part 8, as published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted and made part of this Chapter by reference with the same force and effect as if fully set forth herein.
