5-11-1: PURPOSE:¶
The purpose of this chapter is to implement the hazardous materials release response plans and inventory provisions of the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 25500. (Ord. 533, 2-3-1987)
5-11-2: COUNTY ENFORCEMENT:¶
The Kern County fire department shall be responsible for the implementation and enforcement of chapter 6.95, commencing with section 25500, of division 20 of the California Health and Safety Code. (Ord. 749-07, 12-18-2007)
