1803.9 Field Report.

Before requesting a foundation inspection from the City, the Geotechnical

Engineer or Civil Engineer in responsible charge of the soil investigation shall provide a written field report stating:

1. The building pad was prepared and compacted in accordance with the soil report
and specification.
2. The foundation or pier excavation, depth, backfill materials, and drainage (if
applicable), substantially conforms with the soil report and approved plans.
