§ 26.3.100. IMPLEMENTATION OF CEQA GUIDELINES.

In implementing CEQA and the Guidelines for Implementation of CEQA when assessing the potential environmental impacts of a proposed project, the Redevelopment Agency will utilize the most current amended version of the Act and Guidelines. For projects that are deemed to require some level of environmental documentation; i.e., Categorical Exemption, Mitigated Negative Declaration/Negative Declaration, or Environmental Impact Report, the Agency shall follow the procedures for preparation of said documents, including preparation of appropriate notices, as provided for in the Guidelines.

§ 26.3.105. FORMS.

The Agency shall use the forms attached as Appendices A and B in San Leandro Administrative Code, Title 5, Chapter 1, for Initial Study Checklist and Negative Declaration.
