§ 4.3.100. MINUTES OF REGULAR AND SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS.

The City Clerk shall tape record the proceedings for all regular and special City Council meetings. The City Clerk shall prepare Action Minutes for all regular and special City Council meetings. The minutes shall be the official record of action taken and shall prevail in the event of an inconsistency with the tape recording. The tape recordings of these meetings shall be maintained for five years by the City Clerk for future reference and/or court proceedings.

§ 4.3.105. WORK SESSIONS.

The City Clerk may tape record proceedings for all work sessions. No minutes shall be composed for these meetings. The tape recordings shall serve as the Official Record and be maintained for five years by the City Clerk for future reference and/or court proceedings.
