§ 3-13-100. ADOPTION BY REFERENCE.¶
Article 14 of Chapter 6 of Title 3 of the Alameda County Ordinance Code, codified by Alameda County Ordinance No. 73-68, entitled "An Ordinance to Regulate the Construction, Repair, Reconstruction, Destruction or Abandonment of Wells Within the Boundaries of the County of Alameda," is hereby adopted as the Wells Ordinance of the City of San Leandro to regulate the construction, repair, reconstruction, destruction or abandonment of wells within the City of San Leandro. Three copies of said Alameda County Ordinance No. 73-68 and three copies each of the standards thereby adopted by reference with specified modifications, namely Chapter II of Department of Water Resources Bulletin No. 74, "Water Well Standards: State of California," including Appendices E, F and G thereof, Department of Water Resources Bulletin No. 74-2, "Water Well Standards: Alameda County" and Department of Water Resources Bulletin No. 74-1, "Cathodic Protection Well Standards: State of California," are available for public use and examination at the office of the City Clerk of this City.

§ 3-13-200. COUNTY ADMINISTRATION.¶
The Alameda County Public Works Department, through the Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, is hereby designated the administering agency of this Chapter within the City of San Leandro, and is hereby authorized to exercise all the power and duties and to perform all the functions of the City of San Leandro under this Chapter within the City of San Leandro.
