Chapter 2 — POLITICAL ACTIVITY OF PERSONNEL

§ 10.2.100. POLITICAL ACTIVITY.

(a) It is prohibited for any person holding a position as an officer or employee to engage in any political activities of any kind while in uniform or during working hours. In addition, no political activities shall be permitted on City premises.

(b) This section is adopted pursuant to authority set forth in Government Code §3207. This section is intended as a supplement to and not a substitute for Government Code §§3201-3209.
