3.50.010 - Fees.¶
The county surveyor is hereby authorized to charge the following fees for examination of documents and maps, and providing county surveyor services:
(a) Corner records: the fee shall be eighteen dollars.
(b) Lot line adjustment by deed: the fee shall be two hundred sixty-eight dollars where a record of survey is not filed. Said fee shall be increased to two hundred seventy-six dollars effective July 1, 2017.
(c) Lot line adjustment by deed and record of survey: the fee shall be nine hundred thirteen dollars. Said fee shall be increased to nine hundred forty dollars effective July 1, 2017.
(d) Record of survey: the fee shall be six hundred forty-five dollars. Said fee shall be increased to six hundred sixty-four dollars effective July 1, 2017.
(e) Subdivision map where parcel map required: the fee shall be two thousand two hundred fifteen dollars. Said fee shall be increased to two thousand two hundred eighty-one dollars effective July 1, 2017.
(f) Subdivision map where final map required: the fee shall be the actual cost; the deposit shall be two thousand sixty dollars for the first five lots and one hundred twenty dollars for each additional lot.
(g) Certificate of correction: the fee shall be forty-five dollars.
(h) Amended map: the fee shall be the same as the type of map amended.
(i) Application of "at cost" fees:
Deposits shall be submitted at time of application or map submittal.
Should anticipated costs exceed deposit, applicant shall be required, upon notice, to deposit in advance additional sums to process application. The application process shall be suspended should there be insufficient funds in the applicant's account to cover county costs.
If total application processing costs do not exceed the deposit, the difference shall be refunded.
