3.38.010 - Payment of fees for copies of recorder's certificates and records.

In accordance with the provisions of Government Code Sections 27364 and 27366, the assessor-recorder shall charge the following fees for any copy issued under seal and any copy of any other record or paper on file with the assessor-recorder except birth, death and marriage certificates:

Official records, first page (each additional page $2.00) $4.00
Recorded map fee, each page 5.00
Certificates under seal fee, each document 4.00
Involuntary lien notification 11.00
Copies from Microfiche, first page (each additional page $2.00) 4.00

3.38.020 - Computation of fees.

The board of supervisors finds and determines costs set forth in Section 3.38.010 of this chapter are the reasonable costs of compiling, preparing, organizing and reproducing the records specified therein.
