3.35.010 - Fee schedule for certain transactions.¶
The fee schedule for the Marin County Clerk shall include the following:

3.35.020 - Basis for establishing fees.¶
The board of supervisors finds that the fees specified by this chapter do not exceed the amount reasonably necessary to cover the cost of providing the service or product or the cost of enforcing the regulation for which the fee is levied.
