All ordinances and parts of ordinances of this City in conflict with this ordinance or inconsistent herewith to the extend of such conflict or inconsistency, and no further, are hereby repealed.

The above and foregoing ordinance was duly passed as an urgency ordinance at a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Loyalton held on June 26, 1973, by the following vote: AYES: Gottardi, May, Robinson, White NOES: none ABSENT: McDonald
