A. An interpreting and applying the provisions of this Ordinance, unless otherwise stated, they shall be held to be the minimum requirements for the promotion and protection of the public health, safety and general welfare. B. Where conflicts occur between the regulations of this Ordinance and any Building Code or other regulations within the City, the more restrictive of any such regulations shall apply. C. It is not intended that this Ordinance shall interfere with or abrogate or annul any easement, covenants or other agreements now in effect, provided however, that where this ordinance imposes greater restrictions than are imposed or required by other ordinances, rules or regulations, or by easements, covenants or agreements, the provisions of this ordinance shall apply. D. Mobilehomes and Mobilehome Parks Ordinance No 306

(1) There shall be no Mobilehome Parks or Mobilehomes on either side of North First Street from the City Limits sign on the east to the City Limits sign on the west extending north and south for a distance of one block in either direction. (2) No occupied or unoccupied mobilehome shall be camped, parked or located within the City of Loyalton except in a duly licensed mobilehome park or an area designated as a Camping Park without first having secured a use permit. (3) There shall be no mobilehome parks within the City of Loyalton, except by use permit.
