Loyalton Municipal Code Art. V Establishment of Districts

(a) The classes of districts and the regulations pertaining thereto are hereby applied to the land areas of the City, as delineated on the “Zoning Map of the City of Loyalton,” and the land areas designated thereon shall be subject to the provisions and regulations of this Ordinance. (b) There is hereby adopted that certain map, dated June 1973, designated as the Zoning Map of the City of Loyalton. The districts shown on said map are hereby established and said map is made a part of this Ordinance. No building or premises shall be used and no building shall be erected except in conformity with the regulations prescribed herein for the district in which it is located.
