Loyalton Municipal Code Art. XI Regulations for Cc

The following specific regulations and the general rules set forth in Article XIII shall apply in all CC Districts. It is intended that this district classification be applied on lands suitable to serve residential areas with convenient shopping and service facilities and to provide for the development of commercial facilities concentrated in well planned areas properly located in relation to access, topography and residential areas. A. Uses Permitted: (1) General retail sales. (2) Wholesale business sales. (3) Health Care. (4) Auto sales and service. (5) Hotels, motels and restaurants. (6) Warehousing (7) Public services. (8) Communications equipment buildings. (9) Other business uses, services and agencies which, in the opinion of the Planning Commission, are similar to the above. Ordinance No 306

(10) Incidental and accessory buildings and uses necessary for the operation of any permitted use. B. Business signs: (1) Only one single- or double-faced freestanding sign designating the use of the premises, facing or adjacent to each street abutting the property. (2) The height of any freestanding sign shall not exceed 12 feet measured vertically from the base at ground level to the apex of the sign. (3) Signs may be lighted; provided, however, that no sign shall contain visibly moving parts or be illuminated by flashing lights. (4) No outdoor advertising signs or structures shall be permitted except such signs or structures which pertain directly to permitted commercial uses and which are located on or immediately adjacent to such uses. C. Minimum Height, Bulk and Space Requirements: (1) LOT AREA: none. (2)
LOT WIDTH: none. (3) MAXIMUM BUILDING COVERAGE: none. (4) FRONT YARD: NONE (0) (5) SIDE YARD: none, except when adjacent to a residential zone, in which case a minimum of six feet. (6) REAR YARD: none, except when adjacent to a residential zone, in which case a minimum of 20 feet. (7) BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT: four stories, but not to exceed 60 feet.
