2.32.010 - Appointments—Vacancy filling.¶

All appointments to the boards and commissions of the city by the city council shall be for the time prescribed by law or this code. Vacancies, for whatever reason, shall be filled for the remaining portion of the term and members of the board or commission shall serve until their successors are appointed and qualified.
