2.06.010 - Duties generally.¶
The city clerk shall devote his entire time and attention during business hours to the duties of the city clerk as such duties are prescribed in the Government Code of the state. The city clerk shall perform such other duties as may from time to time be described by the city council, by resolution, and in this latter connection the city council reserves jurisdiction to prescribe appropriate salary therefor if need be.

2.06.020 - Vacation, sick leave and other benefits.¶
The city clerk shall be allowed such vacation, sick leave and other benefits as are applicable to other city employees in accordance with provisions of the rules and regulations of the classified service of the city.
