Editor's note— Ord. No. 1470, §§ 1, 2, adopted February 12, 2024, repealed the former Chapter 6.04, §§ 6.04.010—6.04.050 and Chapter 6.28, §§ 6.28.010—6.28.080, and enacted a new Chapter 6.04 as set out herein. The former Chapters 6.04 and 6.28 pertained to general provisions and dangerous animals and derived from Ord. 1080 § 2 (part), 1988; Ord. 1301 §§ 1, 6—11, 2003; Ord. 1323 §§ 1, 9—16, 2006. Said ordinance also amended the title from animals to animal control. In addition, Section 3 of said ordinance renumbered Chapter 6.32 as Chapter 6.08, Section 4 of said ordinance renumbered Chapter 6.36 as Chapter 6.10 and Section 5 renumbered Chapter 6.40 as Chapter 6.12.
