2.14.010 - Established—Composition.¶
A fire department is established in and for the city. Such department shall consist of paid officers and members as provided for in this chapter.

2.14.020 - Membership—Council determination.¶
The membership of the fire department shall consist of such number of members, including officers, as the city council shall determine.
