10.54.010 - Pedestrian traffic on State Highway 98 prohibited except in marked crosswalks.¶
It is unlawful for any pedestrian to walk on or across State Highway 98 within the city limits of the city other than at marked crosswalks.

10.54.020 - Signs prohibiting pedestrian traffic.¶
Appropriate signs giving notice that pedestrian traffic is prohibited on or across State Highway 98 other than at marked crosswalks shall be erected.

10.54.030 - Punishment—Violation deemed infraction.¶
A violation of this chapter shall be deemed an infraction. A first violation of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of one hundred dollars. A second violation of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of two hundred fifty dollars. A third and subsequent violation of this chapter within a year shall be punished by a fine of five hundred dollars for each separate violation.
