10.48.010 - Obstruction prohibited.¶
It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, or agent or employee of any person, firm or corporation to obstruct any of the public streets of the city by allowing or permitting cars or engines to stand on such street crossings so as to obstruct the same for more than five minutes at one time.

10.48.020 - Violation.¶
Every person, firm or corporation or agent or employee of any person, firm or corporation violating or omitting to comply with the forms of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor.
