10.08.010 - Time limit on approval of regulations.¶

All sections contained in Title 10 and Chapter 5.80 affecting traffic on state highways which require the approval of the Department of Transportation, state of California, shall cease to be effective six months after the receipt by the city council of a written notice of withdrawal of such approval by the Department of Transportation.
