10.20.010 - Definition.¶
As used in this chapter, "Each entrance" means each and every entrance to both of the alleys designated in Section 10.20.020, in each direction, at their intersections with Paulin, Rockwood, Heffernan and Heber Avenues.

10.20.020 - One-way alleys—Designated.¶
The following public alleys are one-way alleys, with all vehicular traffic thereon to move or travel only in one direction upon said throughfares as follows:
A. The alley running east and west between Second Street on the south and Third Street on the north, between the east line of Paulin Avenue and the west line of Heber Avenue, in which alley all vehicular traffic shall travel only in an easterly direction along the entire length thereof between the points designated in this subsection;
B. The alley running east and west between First Street on the south and Second Street on the north, between the east line of Paulin Avenue and the west line of Heber Avenue, in which alley all vehicular traffic shall travel only in a westerly direction along the entire length thereof between the points designated in this subsection.

10.20.030 - One-way alleys—Signs indicating traffic direction.¶
The chief of police is required to erect and maintain, or cause to be erected and maintained, at each entrance to the alleys designated in Section 10.20.020 which it is lawful for vehicular traffic to enter appropriate signs uniform in size and shape, with letters sufficiently large to be clearly legible from a distance of fifty feet, bearing the legend "One-way Alley," together with a directional sign indicating the direction in which vehicular traffic is to move or travel.

10.20.040 - One-way alleys—Signs prohibiting entry.¶
At each entrance to the alleys designated in Section 10.20.020 which vehicular traffic is prohibited from entering, the chief of police is required to erect and maintain, or cause to be erected and maintained, appropriate signs bearing the legend "One-way Alley, Do Not Enter," which signs shall be uniform in size and shape, with letters sufficiently large to be clearly legible from a distance of fifty feet.

10.20.050 - One-way alleys—Driving against traffic prohibited.¶
It is unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to drive, operate or propel such vehicle in or upon the alleys specified in Section 10.20.020 other than in the direction specifically designated in said section.
