10.16.010 - Turning markers—Placement authority.¶
The chief of police is authorized, and as to those intersections mentioned in Section 10.16.020 it shall be his duty, to place or cause to be placed turning markers in intersections.

10.16.020 - Turning markers—Placement at narrow or irregular intersections.¶
Within intersections where either intersecting roadway is less than sixty feet in width and in intersections where streets meet at other than right angles and in intersections where one street terminates in another, a marker shall be placed at every intersection of the medial line of each street with the prolongation of the property lines of the intersecting street, or as near the intersecting point of said lines as may be practical.

10.16.030 - Turning markers—Placement at other intersections.¶
Intersections other than those mentioned in Section 10.16.020 may be marked as provided in Section 10.16.020, or a single marker may be placed within such intersection at the intersection of the medial lines of the intersecting streets.

10.16.040 - U-turns.¶
It is unlawful for the operator of a vehicle to make a U-turn at any of the following intersections:
A. Second Street and Imperial Avenue;
B. Second Street and Paulin Avenue;
C. Second Street and Rockwood Avenue;
D. First Street and Heffernan Avenue;
E. Second Street and Heffernan Avenue;
F. Second Street and Heber Avenue;
G. First Street and Rockwood Avenue;
H. Third Street and Heber Avenue;
I. Third Street and Heffernan Avenue;
J. Third Street and Rockwood Avenue;
K. Third Street and Paulin Avenue;
L. Third Street and Imperial Avenue.
The chief of police shall adequately post all intersections where U-turns are prohibited by this section.
A violation of this section is punishable by a fine of twenty dollars.
