The Weekly No Volume OFP Report provides a weekly listing of measured employees with time but no volume reported for any measured OFP.
Management should review the report weekly and determine if volume should have been reported for any OFP listed on the report. Determine if the omission of volume was intentional or if the employee intended to report volume. Compare the employee’s Form 3081 (if employee is required to submit) with SETR and verify the correct data was input. If discrepancies are identified, MEPS IPR adjustments are required to correct the data.
