To access the "IPR Adjustment - Add Record" screen and add data that should appear on the Weekly IPR for the week ending date:

Click "Add Record" on the IPR Adjustment Search Results screen.

Enter the two-digit "Operation" , three-digit "Function" , five-digit "Program" , correct "Hours" and correct "Volume" in the applicable fields on the IPR Adjustment – Add Record screen.

Click Save.
