14-17.901 Number of off-street parking spaces required.¶
The number of off-street parking spaces required for each of the following uses shall be as follows:

Alternate No. 1: one space for each 250 square feet of gross leasable area exclusive of bowling alleys, movie theaters, skating rinks, and restaurants which require additional parking as noted in their respective categories. Add ten (10%) percent of gross required parking for employee parking.
Alternate No. 2: Five and one-half (5.5) spaces per 1,000 square feet of gross leasable area and provide a designated employees’ parking area allocating ten (10%) percent of the total parking spaces.
The alternate which provides the higher number of on-site parking spaces shall be the alternate selected and imposed.
