14-17.501 Number of off-street parking spaces required.

The number of off-street parking spaces required for each of the following uses shall be as follows:

(a) 20 Food and kindred products: 1 space for each employee on the shift with the maximum number of personnel or 1 space per each 1,000 square feet of gross floor area, whichever is greater
(b) 21 Ordinance and accessories: manufacturing, steel fabricating, warehousing, and similar uses: 1 space for each 200 square feet of office area, and 1 space per 500 square feet of manufacturing area, and 1 space per 800 square feet of indoor product storage
(c) 22 General manufacturing (mixed uses): 1 space for each 200 square feet of office area, and 1 space per 500 square feet of manufacturing area, and 1 space per 800 square feet of indoor product storage
(d) 23 Apparel and other products made from fabric: 1 space for each employee on the shift with the maximum number of personnel or 1 space per each 250 square feet of gross floor area, whichever is greater
(e) 24 Lumber and wood products, excluding furniture: 1 space for each 200 square feet of office area and 1 space per 800 square feet of indoor product storage and manufacturing area
(f) 25 Furniture and fixtures: 1 space for each 200 square feet of office area and 1 space per 800 square feet of indoor product storage and manufacturing area
(g) 26 Paper and allied products: 1 space for each 200 square feet of office area and 1 space per 800 square feet of indoor product storage and manufacturing area
(h) 27 Printing, publishing, and reproduction: 1 space for each employee on the shift with the maximum number of personnel or 1 space per each 1,000 square feet of gross floor area, whichever is greater
(i) 28 Chemicals and allied products: 1 space for each 200 square feet of office area and 1 space per 800 square feet of indoor product storage and manufacturing area
(j) 29 Petroleum and allied products: 1 space for each 200 square feet of office area and 1 space per 800 square feet of indoor product storage and manufacturing area
