14-17.301 Number of off-street parking spaces required.

The number of off-street parking spaces for each of the following specialty housing uses shall be as follows:

DLU
(a) 0402 Apartment hotels: 1 on-lot space per each rooming unit, plus 1 space each per 2 employees
(b) 0501 Farm labor housing: 60% capacity in persons
(c) 0701 Rooming/boarding/dorms: 1 space per each 2 rooming units
(d) 0702 Fraternity/sorority: 1 space per each 3 residents, plus 1 space for each manager
(e) 0711 Foster homes: same parking requirements as for a single-family dwelling unit on a single lot
(f) 0721 Group care homes: 1 space per 3 bed, plus 1 space for each employee on the shift with the maximum number of personnel
(g) 0722 Halfway houses/transitional housing: same as for group care homes
(h) 0911 Vacation homes: 2 on-lot spaces
(i) 0801 Mobile homes: 2 spaces per mobile home space; mobile home park community buildings: 1 space per 10 mobile home spaces; mobile home park visitor parking: 1 space per 5 mobile home spaces located no further than 400 feet from the mobile home spaces to be served
(j) 0912 Guest houses and cottage dwellings: 1 space in addition to the single-family dwelling unit requirements
(k) 0723 Transitional Housing (multi-family units): 1 space per dwelling unit, one guest space per every 4 bedrooms, 1 space per unit deferred as per Section 9-3.112 of Chapter 9-3 of this Code
