14-17.701 Number of off-street parking spaces required.

The number of off-street parking spaces required for each of the following uses shall be as follows:

GLU
(a) 40 Railroad transportation: 1 space for each 5 seats in the waiting terminal
(b) 41 Transit, local and suburban: 1 space for each 5 seats in the waiting terminal
(c) 42 Motor freight transportation: *1 space for each 200 square feet of office area
(d) 4212 Moving vans and storage: *1 space for each 200 square feet of office area, plus one space for each 800 square feet of public storage area
(e) 43 Transportation, right-of-way: (not applicable)
(f) 44 Water transportation: 1 space for each 5 seats in the waiting terminal; boat yards: 1 space for each 5,000 square feet of lot area
(g) 45 Air transportation: 1 space for each 5 seats in the waiting terminal and 1 space for each employee
(h) 46 Pipeline transportation: *1 space for each 200 square feet of office area
(i) 47 Utilities, right-of-way: (not applicable)
(j) 48 Communications: *1 space for each 300 square feet of office and studio area
(k) 49 Electric, gas, and sanitary services: *1 space for each 400 square feet of office area only

* Projects not requiring offices shall provide 1 space for each 2 employees on the site.
