14-17.1301 Number of off-street parking spaces required.

The number of off-street parking spaces required for each of the following uses shall be as follows:

GLU
(a) 90 Extensive land uses, mining: 1 space per employee
(b) 91 Irrigated agriculture (1) Agricultural and commercial nurseries: 10 spaces, plus 1 space for each 150 square feet inside sales area over 1,000 square feet and 1 space per 2,000 square feet outside area open to the public (2) Other uses: none
(c) 92 Nonirrigated agriculture: none
(d) 93 Pastures, native vegetation, pastured ranges, and grass: none
(e) 94 Animals, agriculture: none
(f) 95 Reservoirs, water supply, and irrigation lands: 1 space per employee
(g) 96 Woodland, forest, and brush: none
(h) 97 Water areas, rivers, and lakes: none
(i) 98 Wetlands, sloughs, marshes, swamps, and tidal flats: none
(j) 99 Testing facilities: 1 space per employee
