14-17.401 Number of off-street parking spaces required.¶
The number of off-street parking spaces for each of the following uses shall be as follows:

| (a) | 10 | Lumber and other building materials dealers: building materials sales where lumber is sold: 10 spaces, plus 1 space for each 120 square feet where sales are devoted to hardware and paint items in excess of 1,000 square feet and 1 space per 750 square feet of warehouse area open to the public, plus 1 space for each 2 employees |

| (c) | 12 | Wholesaling with stock (with warehousing): 5 spaces, plus 1 space for each employee on the shift with the maximum number of personnel |
| (d) | 13 | Grain storage, stockyards, and packing services: 1 space per each employee, plus 1 space per each 5,000 square feet of lot and gross building floor area combined |
| (e) | 14 | Research and development branches of manufacturing: 1 space per each employee, plus 1 space per each 1,000 square feet of gross building floor area |
| (f) | 15 | Metal and mineral wholesalers, including bulk stations: 1 space per each employee, plus 1 space per each 2,000 square feet of lot and gross building floor area combined |

| (j) | 19 | Miscellaneous industrial nonmanufacturing and heavy commercial uses: (1) 1 space per each employee, plus 1 space per each 2,000 square feet of gross building floor area (2) Veterinarians and animal and veterinary hospitals: 1 space for each 250 square feet of floor area, exclusive of boarding areas (3) Auto wrecking and salvage yards: 5 spaces, plus 1 space for each acre in excess of 5 acres |
