14-17.601 Number of off-street parking spaces required.¶

The number of off-street parking spaces required for each of the following uses shall be as follows:

GLU
(a)	30	Rubber, plastic, and leather products: manufacturing, steel fabricating, warehousing, and similar uses: 1 space for each 200 square feet of office area and 1 space per 800 square feet of indoor product storage and manufacturing areas
(b)	31	Vacant manufacturing buildings and uses: 4 spaces for each 1,000 square feet of gross area
(c)	32	Stone, clay, and glass products: 1 space for each 200 square feet of office area, and 1 space per 500 square feet of manufacturing area, and 1 space per 800 square feet of indoor product area
(d)	33	Primary metal industries: 1 space for each 200 square feet of office area, and 1 space per 500 square feet of manufacturing area, and 1 space per 800 square feet of indoor product area
(e)	34	Fabricated metal products: 1 space for each 200 square feet of office area, and 1 space per 500 square feet of manufacturing area, and 1 space per 800 square feet of indoor product area
(f)	35	Non-electrical machinery: 1 space for each 200 square feet of office area, and 1 space per 500 square feet of manufacturing area, and 1 space per 800 square feet of indoor product area
(g)	36	Electrical machinery, equipment, and supplies: 1 space for each 200 square feet of office area, and 1 space per 500 square feet of manufacturing area, and 1 space per 800 square feet of indoor product area
(h)	367	Electronics manufacturing: 1 space for each 250 square feet of aggregate gross floor area
(i)	37	Transportation equipment: 1 space for each 200 square feet of office area, and 1 space per 500 square feet of manufacturing area, and 1 space per 800 square feet of indoor product area
(j)	38	Instruments: 1 space for each 200 square feet of office area, and 1 space per 500 square feet of manufacturing area, and 1 space per 800 square feet of indoor product area
(k)	39	Miscellaneous manufacturing industries: 1 space for each 200 square feet of office area, and 1 space per 500 square feet of manufacturing area, and 1 space per 800 square feet of indoor product area
