8.27.010 - Residential limited parking areas.¶

The city council may, by city ordinance or resolution, designate an area within a specific geographic residential area of the city as a residential limited parking area.

8.27.020 - Violations.¶

It shall be unlawful and a violation of this chapter for any person to stand or park a motor vehicle without a current residential limited parking area permit, displayed in plain view and applicable to that area, within a residential limited parking area for a period of time exceeding the time limitation established by the traffic engineer pursuant to Section 8.08.060.
