§ 3.3.100. DESIGNATED OFFICER FOR CLOSED SESSIONS.¶
The City Attorney, or their designee, is hereby designated to attend City Council closed session meetings for the purpose of keeping and entering in a minute book a record of topics discussed and decisions made, including video-audio recordings of the meetings as provided for by Government Code Section 54957.2. (Res. No. 2026-004, 1/12/2026 [§3.3.100])
