§ 4.32.010. Definitions.

The City of Roseville shall not impose a utility user’s tax on the citizens of Roseville. The term “utility user’s tax” shall not include, but is not limited to, a tax on the use or users of electricity, gas, telecommunications, water, refuse, sewer, and cable television. (Prior code § 23.67; Ord. 3943 § 1, 2003)
