BURNING LEAVES AND TRASH ON STREETS AND SIDEWALKS

§ 13.16.010. Unlawful acts designated.¶

It is unlawful for any person to burn leaves, trash or any other combustible material upon the streets, alleys, gutters or sidewalks or within 10 feet of any public utility pole or fireplug in the city.
