§ 10.52.010. Tearing down, defacing or destroying lawfully placed signs prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person to tear down, mutilate, remove, deface, or destroy any notice, handbill, or sign of any business or performance of any kind, any ornamental sign or awning, or any news or bulletin board lawfully placed, without the consent of the owner. (Ord. 1963 § 1, 1986)
