Chapter 11.23 — VENDORS NEAR SCHOOL PROPERTY

§ 11.23.010. Definitions.¶

The term "vendor," as used in this chapter, means every person selling or attempting to sell food or any other product from a car, truck or other form of motor vehicle.

The term "school," as used in this chapter, means all public and private preschool, elementary and secondary schools.

§ 11.23.020. Vendors prohibited.¶

Vendors shall not stop, sell or attempt to sell any product within 150 feet of the property line of any school.
