6.48.010 Slaughter of Animals¶

Prohibited—Permitted Conditions 6.48.010. Slaughter of Animals Prohibited — Permitted Conditions The slaughter of any animal within the city limits is permitted under the following conditions: A. The animal is located on property owned by the animal owner and is a minimum of five (5) acres. B. The property is not located in any of the zones described in Section 6.12.020. C. The animal is slaughtered by a licensed professional or the property owner. (Ord 546 § 1, 1995)
