2-2.701 - Office created.¶
There is hereby created the office of Director of Building.

2-2.702 - Appointment.¶
The Council, by resolution, shall designate the person who shall serve as Director of Building.

2-2.703 - Duties.¶
The Director of Building shall have all the powers and perform all the duties heretofore imposed upon the Building Official, together with such other duties as may hereafter be imposed by law or specified by the Council. References in this Code or any other law or ordinance to the office of the Building Official shall be deemed to mean the Director of Building.
