6.24.010 - Trespassing, interfering with any craft prohibited.

It shall be hereafter unlawful for any person to go upon or interfere with any boat, vessel, raft, float or other craft lying in the waters within the exterior boundary lines of the county of Marin without the consent of the owner of such boat, vessel, raft, float or other craft.

6.24.020 - Penalty for violation.

Any person violating any provisions of this act shall be punishable by a fine of not less than ten dollars or more than twenty dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail for not less than five nor more than ten days or by both fine and imprisonment.
