6.08.010 - Public drunkenness prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to be drunk or intoxicated on any public highway, or in or about any motor vehicle, or in any public place, or in any place open to public view, in the unincorporated territory of the county of Marin.

6.08.020 - Penalty for violation.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
