6.11.005 - Preamble.¶
The board of supervisors is concerned over the incidents with respect to annoying and disruptive behavior by individuals in conjunction with the consumption of alcoholic beverages in the carnival area during the period of the Marin County Fair; therefore, this board seeks to ameliorate this problem by limiting such consumption.

6.11.010 - Prohibitions.¶
The consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited within the area established for the carnival aspects of the fair during the dates and times established for the Marin County Fair in each calendar year.

6.11.020 - Violation—Infraction.¶
Pursuant to the provisions of California Business and Professions Code Section 25620, any person possessing any can, bottle or other receptacle containing an alcoholic beverage which has been partly removed in any of the areas described in Section 6.11.010 shall he guilty of an infraction.
