Section 5606 of the CFC is hereby adopted in its entirety with the following exceptions, modifications, and additions.
SEC. 57.5606.5.1.1.1. CONTAINERS.¶
All smokeless powder shall be stored in shipping containers approved by the United States Department of Transportation.
SEC. 57.5606.5.1.1.2. DISPLAY OF SMOKELESS POWDER.¶
Display of smokeless powder shall be limited to 1 pound of each type and shall not be accessible to the public. Total quantity of smokeless powder not in an approved portable magazine shall be limited to 20 pounds.
