Section 2305 of the CFC is hereby adopted in its entirety with the following exceptions, modifications, and additions.

SEC. 57.2305.8. TRANSFER BETWEEN TANKS.

Transfer of Class I or II liquids from one tank to another shall be in accordance with methods approved by the Chief and shall only be done using approved transfer apparatus and equipment.
