Section 2803 of the CFC is hereby adopted in its entirety with the following exceptions, modifications, and additions.

SEC. 57.2803.8. YARD STORAGE.

Lumber shall not be stored within 10 feet of any building on adjacent property or within 15 feet of an unprotected opening in any building.
