Section 105 of the CFC is hereby adopted in its entirety with the following exceptions, modifications, and additions, and Sections 105.2.3, 105.3.1 and 105.3.2 of the IFC are hereby adopted.

SEC. 57.105.1.2. TYPES OF PERMITS.

There shall be five types of permits as follows:

  1. Operational Permit. An Operational Permit allows the applicant to conduct an operation or a business for which a permit is required by Section 105.6 for either:
