Chapter 3 of the CFC is hereby adopted by reference with the following exceptions, modifications, and additions; and where the CFC did not adopt the IFC, those sections of the IFC are hereby adopted by reference with the following exceptions, modifications, and additions.

SEC. 57.301.2. PERMITS.

Permits shall be required as set forth in Section 57.105 for activities or uses regulated by Sections 57.306, 57.307, 57.308, 57.314, 57.324 and 57.328.
